Peace Mappers is an international peace-systems intelligence organization that helps governments, cities, multilateral institutions, and partners understand how peace is produced, sustained, or eroded within societies. The Peace Enablers Matrix (PEM) is a peace-systems intelligence platform that analyzes whether societies possess the structural, institutional, social, and moral conditions required to manage stress, disagreement, and transition without systemic rupture. PEM does not rank countries by how peaceful they appear. PEM examines how peace is produced. It treats peace as a system of enabling conditions rather than a static outcome.
